Booking

Book a taxi

Tell us the journey. We reply with a fare and exactly what is inside it.

Quick answer

To book, send us the pickup point, destination, date, passenger count and luggage — by WhatsApp, phone or the form below. We reply with a fare and a plain list of what it includes. Once you confirm, you receive the vehicle registration number and the driver's name and phone number. If you are arriving by train, give us the train number rather than an arrival time.

Book by WhatsApp or phone

Fastest, and usually what people choose. Call +91 77038 80430 or message the same number on WhatsApp.

Trip type

We reply with a fare and a plain list of what it includes. Sending an enquiry does not commit you to anything.

What we need from you, and why

Pickup and destination
Obvious, but be specific: “Kathgodam railway station” rather than “Kathgodam”, and the hotel name at the far end if you have it.
Train number
More useful than a time. Trains into Kathgodam run late often enough that a stated arrival time is close to meaningless. With the number we can track it.
Passenger count and luggage
Luggage is what actually decides the vehicle. A sedan seats four and will not take four large suitcases.
One way or round trip
This moves the price more than anything else, because a one-way hill drop usually means an empty return leg for the driver.
Anyone needing extra care
Elderly travellers, small children, someone prone to motion sickness, mobility difficulty. It changes which vehicle we send and which seat we suggest.

Booking an Adi Kailash journey

This one needs more information, because it involves permits, altitude and a road that closes. Along with the above, tell us:

  • Intended travel dates, and how flexible they are
  • Total number of travellers, and how many are over sixty
  • Whether anyone has a heart, lung or blood-pressure condition, or is pregnant
  • Whether you want Adi Kailash only, Om Parvat only, or both
  • Your pickup point — Kathgodam, Haldwani, Tanakpur or Dharchula
  • Whether you already hold Inner Line Permits
Before you travel

Before you book anything for Adi Kailash, read the current route status. Inner Line Permits were suspended in July 2026 and we have not confirmed that they have resumed. Do not book non-refundable travel for this route on the assumption it is running.

Payment and cancellation

To the business owner: this section needs your real terms before launch. State your advance percentage, accepted payment methods (UPI, bank transfer, cash), and your cancellation policy with actual timeframes. Vagueness here costs you bookings, because a family committing to a long mountain journey wants to know what happens if they have to cancel. Replace this box with your terms.
